About The Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO) provides the connections, expertise and innovative solutions to drive continued business growth, build vibrant communities, create affordable housing, generate tourism and attract and retain key talent to fill Michigan's vast pipeline of opportunities. EGrAMS is an Electronic Grants Administration & Management System utilized by the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity for end-to-end grants management. This tool allows applicants, grantees, and grantors to interact in a web based setting, enabling greater awareness, accountability, and analysis throughout the life cycle of a grant. To access EGrAMS, you should have a valid User ID. To apply to become an authorized user, you first need to create a User profile (see right side bar). Once created, your request will need to be reviewed, and if accepted, you will be notified by email. The options in the right pane of the home page do not require a valid User ID. Move the mouse over the options to view additional details for each option. If you have any problem accessing the application, please contact the LEO EGrAMS Help Desk at LEO-EGrAMS-HELP@michigan.gov or 517-284-4007. Assistance is available on Monday - Friday, excluding State holidays, between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Requests for assistance will be addressed in the order they are received; most requests will be resolved within 2 business days. Please include your full name, agency name, grant program and project, complete telephone number (with area code), and a brief description of the issue when you request LEO EGrAMS assistance.
