The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is the largest agency and is responsible for health policy, human service support and delivery, and management of the state's publicly funded health and human service systems.

MDHHS uses EGrAMS to manage all outgoing grants. EGrAMS is a secure system for authorized users. Create your user profile to request a User ID. Once your access is approved, you’ll receive an email and can begin using the system.
